Equipment: This is the second iteration of the ‘rebuild’. It is now period correct Campagnolo Nuovo Record. The Two bolt seat post and ‘straight’ quick release levers took a while to locate.
Other information: When Mercian were doing the renovation an ‘executive decision’ was made to add some gold fleck to the paint. The effect is stunning, to appreciate it properly you need to see the effect on a sunny afternoon in summer! It has been twice to Eroica Britannia and is on the short list for Eroica California 2019.
