Another Coppi bike

Regular visitors to this site will be familiar with the history of the track bike that Fausto Coppi sold at the end of his visit to Dublin in 1959. This was obviously a common practice for ‘Il Campionissimo’ as he sold the bike he used the previous year after the event he took part in in London. Bob Johnson (of Cicli Artigianali ) in London now owns this important part of cycling history and made the video below to give some background to bike. (The video has some nice shots of Shay Elliott!)
