Bike of the Month – January 2020

The first ‘Bike of the Month’ of the year is from the innovative Boeris builder from Turin in Italy. Turin is also the home town of Andrea Virgillito the talented bicycle photographer (Instagram: @virginski) who took the photos.

Equipment:

Mix of Campagnolo components  of different vintage. Wheels 28 spoke, large flange Campag record, rear tied and soldered, front radially spoked came with a BCF sticker. Original the wheels had sprint rims but since the bike is now used on an outdoor velodrome the current setup is more practical. Cinelli bars and stem and Selle saddle.

Other information:

The frame came from a shop in Turin and was in a box that had been sealed using adhesive tape from ‘Fiat’ Perhaps is was a team bike, please let us know if you have any idea of its provenance.
